Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdwin platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and bdwin.

Important Notice: By using any service provided by bdwin, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Section 01 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the bdwin platform and the user. bdwin provides an online entertainment and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

  • "Platform" — The bdwin website, mobile version and all related services.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
  • "Account" — A member's personal registered account.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or reward provided by bdwin.
  • "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal or wager on the platform.
  • "Effective Date" — January 2026, the date from which these terms apply.

Section 02 Eligibility and Qualifying Conditions

To open an account and use the services on the bdwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. bdwin strictly follows a 21+ age policy and does not allow minors to open accounts.
  • You must use a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in your own name.
  • You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You have not previously had an account cancelled or banned by bdwin.
  • You are not engaged in any fraudulent activity and are not using any automated software or bots.

Age Verification Requirement: bdwin is for those aged 21 and above only. During account verification we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport to confirm your age. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Section 03 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address or payment account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be closed and deposited funds will be forfeited where applicable.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these terms. If any information changes, the member must notify bdwin immediately through support.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

Section 04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdwin is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be made only to the payment method used for the deposit. Some cases may take longer if additional verification is required.

4.3 KYC Verification

bdwin reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time to comply with security and financial regulations. We may request a national ID card, passport or other documents before processing a withdrawal.

Please Note: If evidence of any fraudulent activity is found during a deposit or withdrawal, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Section 05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bdwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus you agree to the specific terms of that bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus becomes withdrawable after wagering 10 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus funds and cash funds are managed separately.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Each bonus has a set expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • bdwin reserves the right to stop, modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • VIP members from Bronze to Diamond tier will receive additional weekly cashback benefits.

Section 06 Gaming Rules

All games on the bdwin platform are operated following fair play principles. The rules for each game are available in detail within the game interface. Players are advised to read these rules before starting a game.

  • The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant round may be considered void.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • In sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body.
  • In the event of an internet disruption, the last state saved in the bdwin system for any ongoing bet will be considered final.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdwin platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

  • Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of a third party.
  • Attempting to gain artificial profits by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abusing).
  • Playing games using automated bots or any software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
  • Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing or discriminating against other players.
  • Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN or proxy.

Section 08 Responsible Gaming

bdwin places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems. Members are advised to keep the following in mind:

  • Only wager money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
  • Do not exceed your set budget.
  • Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
  • Do not become so absorbed in gaming that you neglect your family or social responsibilities.

  • If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway issue.
  • For issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection.
  • If an unauthorised third party gains access to your account.

Section 11 Service Suspension and Termination

bdwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these terms.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.

To appeal against an account closure decision, contact our support team. Legitimately earned and withdrawable funds will generally be returned, unless there is evidence of fraud.

Section 12 Terms Changes and Amendments

bdwin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after revised terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
